How do I return my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from shopwaterproofboots.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition.
To Initiate a Return:
Please start your return through our online portal. This process ensures your return is handled quickly and efficiently.
- Visit our Return Portal.
- Enter your email address and order number to log in.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
After completing the online process, you will receive a confirmation email with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please include the original packing slip with your return.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product is damaged or defective, please initiate a return through the portal and select “Damaged/Defective” as your reason. This will allow our customer service team to assist you appropriately.
Return Processing Time:
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and inspected once it is received at our warehouse. After processing, please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
